The Government of India’s National Policy on Skill Development aims to create a skilled workforce by empowering youth with industry-relevant skills, knowledge, and internationally recognized qualifications. The objective is to enhance employability at both national and international levels and strengthen India’s competitiveness in the global labour market.

Insearch Institute aligns its training initiatives with this policy by delivering focused Skill Development Training Programs (SDTP) and Skill Upgradation Programs (SUP) that address current industry requirements and employment opportunities.

Short Term Skill Development Program

Our Short Term Skill Development Programs are designed to equip learners with the minimum skill set required for immediate employment while also enabling continuous skill enhancement.

The modular course structure can lead to qualifications equivalent to the National Trade Certificate or higher. Courses are available from Level 1 to Level 4 based on employer and industry needs.
