The need for giving emphasis on Skill Development, especially for the educated unemployed youth (both for rural & urban) has been highlighted in various forums. Unfortunately, our country's current education system does not give any emphasis on development of skills. As a result, most of the educated unemployed youth are found unstable for the concerned employment.
Hence, the needs of the changing economy that look at providing mandatory skills training to all educated unemployed youths, with a view to have them gainfully employed. This shift in policy will ultimately benefit all the stakeholders, namely the individuals, industry, Government and the economy by way of providing employment, increasing the output/productivity and ultimately resulting in a higher GDP for the nation.
Our mission is in line with the National Policy in Skill Development - to increase trained manpower for catering to the demand of the industry and thus in turn increasing employability while contributing towards the Nation's growth that Combines Skill Development Training Programs (SDTP) and Skill Upgradation Programs (SUP).
Skill Development Training Programs are conducted for the benefit of underprivileged / unemployed youth / Socially / Economically Weaker Section of the Society in the Country for getting gainful employment. Further, these training programs are resulting in providing skilled (trained) manpower to industries suiting to their requirement and achieve the economic growth of the Country.
